How accurate the specs are

Specifications are collected by an automated pipeline from makers’ pages, Wikipedia and independent reviews. A value is shown only when one of those pages states it, and each phone page lists its sources, but pages can be wrong, out of date or describe a different regional model. Prices are launch prices, not current offers. Before you buy, check the details that matter to you with the maker or the seller. Comparisons and “better” highlights are worked out from the numbers and don’t replace hands-on reviews.

Product names and trademarks belong to their owners; we use them only to identify the phones. Found a mistake? Tell us at 3amsaas.com and we’ll re-check it.

Using the site

You may read, share and link to any page. Please don’t copy the directory wholesale to run a competing site, overload the site with automated requests, try to get into parts of it you aren’t meant to, or use it to break the law.

The site’s design, code, name and our own writing and the way the catalogue is put together belong to 3AM SaaS.

Sponsor tiles

The tiles along the sides of each page (and in the bar across the top on small screens) are paid sponsor placements. Requests are reviewed before they go live, and we may decline any request or remove a tile that is misleading, unsafe, unlawful or no longer points where it said it would. Pricing and what’s included are shown on the Advertise page. Sponsorships are monthly subscriptions billed by Stripe; you can cancel from the billing link we send you, and the tile stays up until the end of the paid period. Advertisers are responsible for their tile’s content and the site it links to.

Links to other sites

Phone pages cite their sources, and sponsor tiles link to sponsors’ sites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. We don’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that every specification is correct. To the fullest extent the law allows, 3AM SaaS is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, arising from your use of the site, including a purchase decision based on it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can’t be limited.
